The solution is CQR - the non-Velcro, weight-pocket system that keeps weights in place till the diver decides to ditch them.  The unique CQR system features:

• Easy grab-and-release pockets: These work in one smooth motion, making it simple to hand weights over at the end of a dive or to quickly ditch them in an emergency.
